GAMESONBOARD modernizes onboarding for international trainees through an AI-powered, gamified platform that enhances inclusivity, intercultural competence and professional readiness. By integrating adaptive AI, gamification and interactive storytelling, it ensures structured, engaging and scalable onboarding. The project supports companies and VET institutions in improving workplace integration, trainee retention and digital onboarding practices across Europe.
1. Validating the project’s focus, ensuring that the AI-powered, gamified onboarding platform meets real-world needs.
2. Development of a customizable AI chatbot that delivers adaptive, industry-specific onboarding content.
3. Validating, refining, and optimizing the AI-powered onboarding platform through structured pilot testing in VET centers, associated companies, and Erasmus+ mobility programs.
4. Raising awareness among vocational training institutions, employers, and policymakers about the benefits of AI-driven onboarding
GAMESONBOARD develops an AI-powered, gamified onboarding platform through collaborative design, real-world testing, and iterative optimization. Key activities include building AI chatbots, gamified training modules, and onboarding tools, conducting pilot tests in VET centers and companies across Europe, followed by feature refinement based on user feedback. Stakeholder engagement, digital outreach, and multiplier events will ensure long-term adoption and impact.
GAMESONBOARD delivers concrete results, including a modular Onboarding Experience Platform supporting training managers and trainees, an AI-powered chatbot for customized onboarding, and gamified training modules on intercultural communication, social integration, and company culture. The project establishes a Digital Knowledge Hub with onboarding strategies, best practices, and customizable content. Additionally, it introduces the “Mobility Passport” to certify trainees’ readiness for international onboarding and provides policy recommendations for integrating digital onboarding into VET and mobility programs.
