Empowering Trainers for Digital innovation in construction Ecosystem-ET4Digital

The project is a part of Erasmus+ 2024 Programme, with Grant Agreement No. 2024-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000249119, and will be implemented during 24 months starting from 1.11.2024 to 31.10.2026.

ET4Digital aims to increase the quality, effectiveness and innovation of the training of trainers and teachers in the field of digital technologies. The activities implemented will be the creation of innovative tools and the co-design of a capacity building programme for trainers and teachers so that they are able to break down the barriers that prevent SMEs from adopting digital technologies.

Goals

ET4Digital aims to increase the quality, effectiveness and innovation of the training of trainers and teachers in the field of digital technologies. Innovative tools and professional training courses will be developed so that properly trained trainers and teachers can support the digital transition of SMEs. The production sector considered is that of construction as it is still in the early stages of development and implementation of digital technologies despite their great potential.

Activities

Project activities will be:

  • development of a framework of digital technologies and creation of a map of digital skills for trainers aimed at understanding what their training needs are and the gaps;
  • fine-tuning of digital technologies demonstrator for educational purposes as well as a transnational Training for Trainers for its use and guidelines to duplicate this model;
  • co-design, test and validate a Capacity building programme for trainers related to the application of digital technologies.

The Knowledge and Skills Management Centre K&S Skopje thanks to its many years of experience in developing professional training programs, will lead the activity for the development of training courses. They will also be involved, together with all other partners in the design of other training tools and contents, as well as in the testing phase of a Capacity building programme.
