SEEtheSkills – Sustainable EnErgy Skills in Construction: Visible, Validated, Valuable (2021–2024)
SEEtheSkills built on the achievements of previous BUILD UP Skills projects by increasing the visibility, validation and market value of sustainable energy skills across Europe. The project developed innovative digital tools, including an integrated register of energy skills, an e-learning platform, a recognition of prior learning (RPL) system, and a BUILD UP Skills advisor application. These solutions support the continuous upskilling and reskilling of construction professionals, promote the recognition of qualifications, and strengthen the transition towards a highly skilled and sustainable construction sector in North Macedonia and across Europe.
