Easing Transfer of Digital project results to VET
The project is in the Erasmus + 2023 program, financed by: The National Agency for European Educational Programs of Germany in the ERASMUS + program, under grant agreement no. 2023-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000150609, and will be implemented during 10 months in the period 01.09.2023-30.06.2024.

The main goal of this project is to transfer the experiences of the project partners who are established at the national level as providers of informal training, in finding new, appropriate and successful ways of learning and training, in order to increase the efficiency of the professional upgrading of the professional staff. in the non-formal vocational education sector. This will be made possible by using the results of already implemented projects, in the form of digital tools developed to help professional education and training, especially when it concerns training in the construction sector. The project aims to develop the idea of the need for Common Changes.
- Monitoring cases & personal/individual profiles which foster/restrain digital transformation in form of SWOT analysis per partner for good and failed practices in order to derive mainstream SWOT.
- Monitoring formal, legislative and other administrave aspects to foster/restrain digital transformation in form of SWOT analysis per partner for general conclusions how to deal with Change.
- Drawing joint conclusions/perspectives for development in Change Management of VETcentres.
